Topografía Infinita by Fernando Poggio

On July 21, the exhibition by Fernando Poggio opens at the Museum of Architecture and Design (MARQ) of the Central Society of Architects.
This anthological exhibition gathers forty paintings and design objects, and a site-specific installation – made in the annexed pavilion – with which the designer and plastic artist displays his personal approach to the "neokineticism" movement. Poggio's renowned career in industrial design is versatile and diverse, ranging from the accessories and furniture design to corporate sculptural projects, thus comprising an important corpus of pieces in which he experiments with anodizing on metal and acrylic pieces, among other techniques. The exhibition was co-curated by Sergio Bazán, in charge of the artistic elements, and Franco Chimento, in charge of the design elements, in representation of IDA Foundation.
The pieces selected to be displayed include prizes and furniture from the IDA Collection. Infinite topography can be visited until October 2022 at the MARQ (Av. del Libertador 999, CABA).
